El desarrollo de la aplicación móvil, no solo beneficiara a la empresa y todo su personal, sino también al cliente, pues sus problemas y contratos de servicio serán atendidos de una manera idónea e inmediata, pues la aplicación estará enfocada en la obtención de información detallada del cliente, así incluso se ayudará al personal del área de contabilidad a llevar el manejo ideal de los registros de pagos que le envía el cliente. Ante los problemas evidentes dentro de la Corporación el grupo investigador ha propuesto al Gerente General el desarrollo de una aplicación móvil para la gestión administrativa en el área del departamento de soporte técnico y el departamento de contabilidad de la Corporación, esperando así remediar los problemas actuales con la clientela y la parte económica de la misma
